Eugeen graduated from Otago Medical School in 1999 and is a Fellow of the Royal NZ College of General Practitioners.
He has been in General Practice since 2003 and has been with Browns Bay Medical Centre since 2006.
Eugeen is married with two children. He lives locally in Browns Bay.
He is interested in the variety of medical conditions seen in General Practice particularly in child health issues.
